We probably searched over 15 stores and returned a couple pairs of sandals before we found a pair for Drake. What is it about boy shoes!!?? Are there boy sandals out there that aren't girly or for narrow feet? Well, we discovered that Drake has what we call "special feet". They are so chubby that they can't fit into most sandals and flip flops. We finally found a pair at Famous Footwear that were way more expensive than we wanted to spend on kid shoes, but we didn't have any other options. It was either the sandals we got or Crocs because that's about all that we could squeeze onto his chunky feet. And now he's discovered how to undo the velcro on them! Very annoying! So our child has expensive "special feet" and dorky shoes. But, we think Drake can make anything look good!
Hannah has the opposite problem. Her feet are too skinny that she doesn't fit into shoes. She's just now fitting into size 2's.
